4th Maritime Leadership Programme

Overview

The Maritime Leadership Programme (MLP) is a programme designed to nurture and develop talent in the Singapore maritime industry. The MLP serves as a valuable platform for senior level talent to learn and exchange knowledge as they prepare to take on leadership roles in an increasingly disruptive and complex environment. 

Organised by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA), with support from the Institutes of Higher Learning, maritime industry leaders, experts and regulators, the MLP will encompass a wide range of topics to address key trends in Maritime Singapore, such as digitalisation, sustainability, geopolitical developments as well as leadership development.

Senior management leaders who are seeking to expand their knowledge and cultivate business networks within the maritime ecosystem.

Eight-day in-house learning with an overseas immersion trip of four days, split between four modules.
