Merchant Shipping (Wreck Removal) Act 2017

The Merchant Shipping (Wreck Removal) Act 2017 is a Singapore Act of Parliament that gives effect to the Nairobi International Convention on Wreck Removal. It sets out the requirements for removal of wrecks following upon a maritime casualty.
