Owners, masters or agents of tankers and conventional vessels carrying bulk liquid cargo must submit an application via digitalPORT@SG^TM to obtain approval to berth at approved conventional wharves (Jurong Port, Marina South Wharves or Sembawang wharves)

Below is a brief outline and requirements of the e-application process.

• Select [Application for Berthing at Approved Conventional Wharves] under e-Approval after logging into digitalPORT@SG^TM.
• Applicant will be required to provide all the necessary details as required in the online application.
• Upon successful application, the applicant will be notified through the contact details that were provided.

The applicant will receive notification of the status of their application once it is processed.

Urgent Applications Outside Of Office Hours

Applicants are advised to submit the online application 3 days in advance for approval prior to the berthing date. In case of emergency, the duty officer can be contacted via the below contact.
