Crew Change (Harbourcraft)

MPA recognises the critical role that harbourcraft crew play in supporting operations in the Port of Singapore. The harbourcraft sector provides transport, towage and bunkering services, as well as transporting stores to ships in the port.

As Singapore moves to streamline pandemic measures to living with COVID-19 as an endemic disease, MPA has also aligned the harbourcraft crew change requirements and continue to safeguard the wellbeing of seafarers undergoing crew change in Singapore.

With effect from 1 April 2022, all harbourcraft crew shall be fully vaccinated prior joining vessel in Singapore. More information can be obtained from the ICA website.
