Clean-up operations for the oil spill resulting from the allision between dredger, VOX MAXIMA, and bunker vessel, MARINE HONOUR, are ongoing.

2.   The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore had alerted various waterfront facilities, including Sentosa Development Corporation and the port terminals, to monitor for oil sightings at their locations and conduct clean-up operations if necessary.

3.   Patches of oil and light sheens have been observed off Pasir Panjang Terminal and along Tanjong, Palawan, and Siloso Beach on Sentosa Island.

4.   16 oil spill response craft have been deployed to continue spraying oil dispersants and to collect the oil slicks on the water surface.

5.   There is no impact on navigational traffic. Berthing operations at Pasir Panjang Terminal remain unaffected.
