Service Level Enhancement Initiatives for Singapore Registry of Ships

Since 2017, the Singapore Registry of Ships (SRS) has embarked on a digital transformation which includes replacing hardcopy application forms and certificates to online application and electronic certificates. A series of key initiatives were also introduced to improve the service level provided to our customers. As a quality and reputable flag, the SRS is
