TSIB has released a Safety Flyer detailing the hazards related to mooring operations. Shipowners, ship managers, operators, masters and crew are reminded of safe work practices on board, particularly the incorporation of risk assessment of ship operations and activities into the company's Safety Management Systems and/or working instructions.
