MPA is honoured that Port of Singapore clinched Port of the Year 2019 by the International Seafarers' Welfare & Assistance Network (ISWAN)!

A quality and well-organised port with comprehensive welfare facilities within Drop-in Centres for seafarers as well as an established network of maritime services, are amongst the reasons why seafarers today voted Port of Singapore as their port of choice. As one of the world's busiest hub ports, MPA plans ahead to cope with increasing demands and needs of all port users including seafarers, and to work with our partners to provide seafarers with access to shore-based welfare.
MPA will continue to support the seafarers' welfare and dedicates the "Port of the Year" Award to all our partners for making Singapore a choice port of call for seafarers and ships.
