Service Level Enhancement Initiatives for Singapore Registry of Ships

Since 2017, The Singapore Registry of Ships (SRS) has embarked on a digital transformation which included the replacement of hardcopy forms and certificates to online forms via Marinet and electronic certificates issued by the SRS, and implemented key initiatives to improve the service quality and customer experience.
